Dear Parent / Carer

Please click on the link below for the new bus routes / stops for the new academic year 23/24.

In order to keep costs as low as possible, we have managed to condense the stops into four routes as
attached.

The costs are based on 162 passengers travelling on the four remaining routes, but this will depend on the
take up. If there are more students wishing to travel via the buses the costs will reduce but the reverse will
be true if there are fewer students.

For now, the costs are as follows:

£1464 per annum per student

£ 488 per term per student

£ 164 x 1 followed by 8 x £162.50 per month per student (9 monthly repayments)

As usual the costs are shared by the parents over the full academic year with no reduction for Y11s.

Strike days are taken as normal working days so there is no refund available as drivers still have to be paid.

The issue of bus passes will be triggered by payment on Wisepay and will be distributed to students during
first tutor times in September.

PLEASE MAKE FIRST PAYMENT BY 10TH AUGUST 2023 SO A BUS PASS CAN BE ALLOCATED
