Dear parent
We have become aware of an issue where the tills (which are operated by a different company) have sent meal data twice for some days.
This data is held and controlled by the tills and is sent to WisePay each day so we can display it to the parents. On some days this data has been sent twice (and hence it displays twice) but this is not affecting the ongoing balance at all.
The school and WisePay have made the till company aware of the situation so they can rectify it
