We have become aware that there is currently an intermittent issue with using NatWest Cards when attempting to make a payment through WisePay.
When the payment has been authorised, rather than the payment completing, users are seeing a blank white screen.
This has been reported as an urgent case to Opayo, the payment gateway. Opayo believe that there is an issue with the connection between NatWest and themselves which is causing the blank screen to appear
They are working on a resolution as a matter of urgency
