Dear Parents/Guardians. Please be aware, the school's canteen tills are only sending the updated balances to us when a student has purchased something at the till. Therefore, the meal balances shown may not include the payments you may have made if your child has not purchased anything. (Please see the date and time showing next to the balance). Please be assured that all money you have paid through WisePay is correctly with the school's catering. You will be able to see all your payments in your Wise Account in real time. The school is working with the till company to get balances sent to WisePay on a more regular basis. The WisePay Team
