Please be aware that Wisepay has recently changed and the information held on your child`s record is no longer supported and updated by the database system that operates in school (SIMs). With immediate effect this responsibility has now passed to the parent/ carer with access to the account. Only the main contact on a student record is provided with login details. We would ask that you check the information currently on the account via the `My Contact Information` tab and update it if required. This applies to all accounts and, if you have more than one child, changes have to be made on each account. If, at a later date, there are any changes to personal details the same procedure should be followed. Please be aware that updating wisepay DOES NOT update the schools centrally held record, SIMs. You must still inform the school in writing, via your child`s House Office, of all changes to yours/ your child`s details so that they can update the SIMs record accordingly.
