Dear Parent
We are aware that the till used in the school (which are operated by a different company) have again been sending duplicate data on meal purchases to WisePay which means that some accounts may see duplicated meal items in your child's My Wise Account.
Please be assured that money will NOT have deducted twice from your child's meal balance - the meal balance will not be affected.
We and the school have contacted the till suppliers about this.
