This trip is for Business & Upgrade students
T Level Foundation Business students will visit The Mall at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol to support their studies on Customer Service at John Lewis. The trip will provide an excellent opportunity for students to observe customer service in a real-world retail environment, research customer service practices and complete a secret shopper task. Students will be able to use their findings to support their classroom learning and assessment work.
