For: Y1 and Y2 Criminology Students
This bespoke university taster day at the University of Gloucestershire offers students a hands-on introduction to university-level study through interactive sessions and independent activities. Previous sessions have explored a range of fascinating topics, including forensic anthropology, tackling retail crime, challenging myths about refugees, and examining how poverty and inequality shape society.
Students will be divided into four groups, with each group taking part in a welcome talk, a campus tour, three taster sessions and a Q&A session with course representatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore real-world issues, discover different areas of criminology and experience what studying the subject at university could be like.
