Biology Field Trip to Pembrokeshire (294) 28 June 2027 - 30 June 2027

This trip is for 1st Year A Level Biology Students

This is a 3 day residential field trip to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with a two night stay at the Dale Fort FSC Centre (with all meals provided).
This trip will tie in with our topics on ecology, biodiversity and conservation.
There will be some exploring of the area and wildlife, rock pooling and biodiversity sampling.
A day trip with a boat ride across to Skomer Island where we will see Britain's' most
important sea bird colonies, Puffins, Guillemots and Razorbills.
Unfortunately this trip is not suitable for wheelchair users as some of the activities are not wheelchair accessible.

Monday 28 June 2027 to Wednesday 30 June 2027

Leaving at 8am on 28 June 2027 and returning 5pm on 30 June 2027.
Please make arrangements to and from the college for any travel outside the normal bus timetable.

A packed lunch is required for the 1st day and an empty lunch box for the rest of the trip.

Cost £360.00

Deposit :- £120.00 due by 20 November 2026 - non-refundable unless another student can be found to take the place.

Instalment 1 £120.00 due by 22 January 2027
Instalment 2 £120.00 due by 26 March 2027

Bursary students - you must pay the deposit on Wisepay and you can then use your trip allocation towards the remaining balance. Please call to Student Journey and complete a trip form to pay part of the balance using your Bursary.
