BTA - L3 T&T Y1 Disneyland Conference 2027

As part of your Level 3 course, we are offering an educational trip to Disneyland Paris, to take part in a Business/Travel and Tourism student convention.

The trip will take place on 26/1/27 until 29/1/27, with times to be confirmed closer to the time. We will be traveling to Disneyland Paris via coach and staying at a Disney affiliated hotel.

The cost for this trip includes:

Return coach and channel crossing

Three nights' accommodation and buffet breakfast at a Disney affiliated hotel

Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the Disneyland Park&

2 day passes into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios

2 x evening buffet meals

Excursion into Paris (TBC)

Educational seminar/workshop
The approximate cost for this trip is £650 and can be paid in full or in instalments (please be aware that this is subject to change). A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the trip. Places are limited to 100 and are on a first come, first serve basis. The deadlines for payment are as follows:

£300 deposit - paid by Monday 24th September 2026

Final amount of £350 - paid by Friday 23rd October 2026

By not paying on time, you may risk your place on the trip, and we cannot guarantee that your money can be refunded to you.

This trip is NOT ESSENTIAL - so the cost of this trip is not covered by bursary.
