THIS TRIP IS FOR MEDIA STUDENTS ON THE FOLLOWING COURSES, IF YOU ARE NOT ON ONE OF THESE COURSES YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO ON THIS TRIP

- UAL DIPLOMA IN CREATIVE MEDIA PRODUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY (TV AND FILM) - LEVEL 2
- UAL DIPLOMA IN CREATIVE MEDIA PRODUCTION (TV AND FILM) - LEVEL 3
- UAL DIPLOMA IN CREATIVE MEDIA PRODUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY (JOURNALISM AND SOCIAL MEDIA) - LEVEL 3

The MPA Media Department are very excited to offer you the opportunity to visit
Disneyland Paris in February 2027.
The 4-day trip is scheduled to leave on the 21st of February and return on 24th February 2027.

The cost of the trip will be £725 per student; this includes travel via Coach and Ferry crossing, 3 nights' bed
and breakfast, visit to Media Live! Student Conference including award winning speakers such as
Journalist Jenny Kleeman and Podcaster Stevie White, ticket to both Disneyland Paris parks and travel insurance.

There are only 30 places available, and spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you
would like a spot on the trip, please pay a non-refundable £200 deposit by Friday 25th September 2026.

The following payment schedules are as follows after you have paid the deposit:
1st Payment due- £200 payable by 21st October 2026
2nd Payment due- £200 payable by 27th November 2026
Final payment due- £125 payable by 16th December 2026

You will also have the option to pay for the trip in full.

Please note, if for any reason you need to withdraw from this trip, we will only be able to provide a refund
if another learner is able to take your place. This is to ensure that the overall cost of the trip remains
affordable for everyone taking part.

If you don't have access to your Wisepay account or are struggling to log on, see Megan Gent in the CCI
staff room to get your password reset. Please do this before the Wisepay page goes live to avoid missing out on
securing your space!

As this is not an essential trip for your course at Exeter College, bursary will not be able to cover any costs
towards it.
