Yeovil College Bus Pass 26/27

This is the cost of the annual ticket for Yeovil College Buses.

The annual fee is £850.00.

The total cost must be paid in full before 1st December 2026.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Once you have applied for a bus ticket, you should pay the deposit and any subsequent instalments via
your Wisepay account.
** Login details for your Wisepay account will be emailed to your College email address during the Summer
period. We encourage payment as early as possible, to secure your place on the bus.

* A non-refundable £250 deposit is required prior to the start of term, or within 30 days of application for
applications received after 1st September 2026
** Unless you have applied and been accepted for full bursary support in which case the bursary will cover
this cost.

* Failure to pay the £250 deposit within the above time scales may mean your application for a bus ticket is
denied (see above for the exception to this).

* Payment for the bus ticket can be paid in full or in instalments as set out on the bus pass product page on
WisePay.
** The full amount for the ticket is due by the 1st December 2026. If you have any payment queries, please
email [email protected].

* Any balances outstanding after 1st December, will be invoiced and progressed through the College's
normal debt management process. Once this process is exhausted, the debt may be referred to a third
party debt recovery agency.
*** If you do not complete the College Induction Programme (42 calendar days after your start date) any
amount you have paid (less an administration fee of £35 and the non-refundable deposit) will be
refundable. ***

* Once you have completed the College Induction Programme (42 calendar days after your start date) any
payment(s) made will not be refunded and all due monies will still need to be paid in full.

* Due to popular demand, we strongly recommend you submit your application as early as possible. Seats
are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If a bus has reached its maximum capacity, we cannot
guarantee a seat on this bus.
* The bus pass is valid for the full academic year, and the cost remains the same regardless of how much it
is used.

Bursary Applicants:

* Please note that the bursary application form is a separate application form, which will be sent to you
directly. Please contact the iZone team on 01935 423921 or by email at [email protected] with any
bursary queries.
**Bursary applications need to be submitted each year, you will need to submit an application for the
2026/27 academic year.

* If a bursary application is granted and covers the full cost of the bus ticket, any payments made will be
refunded.

* Bursaries can be awarded for 50% or 100% of the ticket cost.

* If a bursary application is unsuccessful, any payments made deposit will not be refunded, and the
remaining cost of the bus ticket will be payable. It is therefore important to consider whether you can are
able to fund the bus ticket independently, should your bursary application be unsuccessful.
