Fees are payable one week in advance to the Administrator
There is a 55p reduction in fees on the days when my child also attends the After School Club.
My child will fall under the responsibilty of the school after the agreed session.
No child will be received before 7:30 am.
I will hand over my child to the person in charge and will sign them in before I leave.
The Club Administrator will be updated if there is a change to medical information or emergency contact
numbers.
All sessions need to be booked on Monday/Tuesday of the week prior to when the sessions are required via the afterschoolclub email box and paid for in full by the Friday of the previous week
The Club reserves the right to either temporarily or permanantly exclude any child in the event of
persistant misbehaviour.
