This trip is for History, History of Art Students.
This is a trip for History and History of Art students to see the Bayeux tapestry, on display in the British Museum for the first time since it was created nearly 1000 years ago. The embroidery tells the dramatic story of a moment that changed England forever - no year in the country's history is more famous that 1066.
Students will travel to the British Museum and will have the opportunity to explore other galleries in the museum relevant to their studies before meeting to view the tapestry as a group.
