As a school we will be taking part in the TCS Virtual Mini Marathon in Schools. This will run as an inter
house event as well as raising funds for the amazing charity epilepsy action. Their ambitions are by 2030
everyone in the UK who has epilepsy will be able to say that life has improved because of the things they
are achieving together. By 2030 everyone in the UK will understand what epilepsy is and how they can
support people who live with epilepsy.
We are asking for an individual donation of £2.60, or whatever you feel you would like to donate, all
donations can be made via wisepay. This will go towards buying additional equipment for our extra-
curricular sports clubs.
It is expected that every student takes part. They can choose to be competitive and run the whole distance
or a combination of run / jog / walk to complete the distance. Every student will be receiving a London Mini
Marathon Certificate and pin badge to say that they have taken part in the event.
