If a learner is unhappy with a result, the following can be requested:

Priority copy of the marked paper (access to scripts), to decide if you want a clerical re-check or review of marking ' takes up to seven calendar days DEADLINE: 20Th JANUARY
Clerical re-check ' takes up to 10 calendar days. Cost: £10 DEADLINE: 6TH FEBRUARY
Review of marking ' takes up to 20 calendar days Cost: £55 DEADLINE: 6TH FEBRUARY
