Mindfulness Club Autumn Term 25/26

Mr Lombardi's Club

The club will take place on a Thursday lunchtime 12.40pm - 1.15pm in room 5OM.

Come and relax and unwind with at mindfulness club. We will be keeping things simple, with some
mindfulness drawing or colouring. If that's too strenuous, then just put your head on the desk and listen to
some music or an audio book.

Your child will need the following clothing/equipment:
Water bottle
Medical items (inhalers / EpiPens etc.)
If your child has any medical conditions, please let the club teacher know.
