Dear Prep and Senior Parents and Families,
We would like to invite you to our annual Lincoln Minster Prep School Macmillan Coffee Morning which will be taking place in the Prep School Hall on Friday 26th September from 9.30-11.15am.
ADULTS: For £5 minimum donation, each adult will receive a cup of coffee/tea, a cake and 2 raffle tickets. Extra raffle tickets are available at £1 each. The raffle will be drawn at 11am. Please note children from the Prep School will not be joining in with the coffee morning (apart from the Charity Committee of course), they will be having their own cake and raffle during the afternoon.
PREP CHILDREN ONLY: for a £3 donation each child will receive a cup of juice, a cake and 2 raffle tickets for the toy raffle. Extra raffle tickets for the children are also available for 50p each.
We would prefer that these donations are paid via wisepay (this will close at midnight Thursday 25th September). However, don't forget your pennies on the day as there may be a couple of other small games for the adults to have a go at. Please note, you will not receive the raffle tickets personally unless you purchase them at the event, we shall be writing your names on them and placing them in the box as and when payments come in.
We would be extremely grateful for any donations of Adult and Children's raffle prizes (new items only please), and any NUT FREE cakes or cookies. Please place any donations in the clear boxes outside the Prep School entrance.
Our wonderful FOLMS Committee will also be selling second-hand uniform. They too would be extremely grateful of any donations prior to the event, please could you place these in the clear boxes outside Prep too.
We regret we will be unable to accommodate any parking onsite.
