BTA BUSINESS Disneyland Conference 2026

As part of our Business Programme, we would like to offer the opportunity for Level 3 Yr1 students to attend a Business Student Conference at Disneyland Paris Resort that will link with their second exam Developing a Marketing Campaign.

**The visit will take place from Sunday 18th January - Wednesday 21st January 2026 and includes:

Return coach and channel crossing

Three nights' accommodation and buffet breakfast at a Disneyland Hotel

Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the Disneyland Park

1 day park hopper passes into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios

Meal at Disney Restaurant

Excursion into Paris to see the Eiffel Tower

Educational seminar/workshop linked to semester 2 exam unit.

Through the educational seminars we will gain a valuable insight into the day to day running of the Disneyland Paris parks, marketing, customer service, future tourism trends and hear from Disney professionals about working for Disney that will link to their units.

The cost of the trip is around £650 per student, although this may be subject to change depending on student numbers.
** A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required by Friday 19th September**

This is NOT an essential trip therefore no bursary funding is available.

Please also be aware that places are limited to 90 students on a first come first served basis and if we do not fill 45 spaces then we may not be able to run this trip.

Note: Any learner on a Student Support Process stage 3 will not be allowed on this trip.
