Late Leavers Pick-Up - October Half Term.

This option is for busy parents who need to collect their child or children from the Centre between 4.30pm & 6.00pm.

Please complete a separate form for each child attending the Late Club. Please note, this booking will be made for the person/child who is/you have logged in.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS FOR LATE LEAVERS COLLECTION ONLY. PLEASE ALSO BOOK EARLY BIRD DROP IF YOU ALSO WISH TO DROP YOUR CHILD FROM 8.00AM.

		£ 6.00 -	One Late Leaver Afternoon Choose this option for one Late Leavers afternoon and select the day below.
		£ 12.00 -	Two Late Leaver Afternoons Choose this option for two Late Leavers afternoons and select the days below.
		£ 18.00 -	Three Late Leaver Afternoons Choose this option for three Late Leavers afternoons and select the days below.
		£ 24.00 -	Four Late Leaver Afternoons Choose this option for four Late Leavers afternoons and select the days below.
		£ 30.00 -	Five Late Leaver Afternoons Choose this option for five Late Leavers afternoons and select Monday-Friday below.
