Yeovil College Bus Pass 25/26 - Apprentice

This is the cost of the annual ticket for Yeovil College Buses, for Apprentices who are only at the college one
day a week.

The annual fee is £250.00.

The total cost must be paid in full before 1st December 2025.

A non-refundable £175.00 deposit is required prior to the start of term, or within 30 days of application for
applications received after 1st September 2025 (unless you have applied and been accepted for full bursary
support in which case the bursary will cover this cost).

Failure to pay the £175.00 deposit within the above time scales may mean your application for a bus ticket
is denied (see above for the exception to this).

If a bursary application is granted and covers the full cost of the bus ticket, the deposit will be refunded.
Please note that if a bursary application is unsuccessful, then the deposit will not be refunded and the
remaining cost of the bus ticket will be payable. It is therefore important to consider whether you are able to
fund the bus ticket independently, should your bursary application be unsuccessful.

Please note that the bursary application form is a separate application form, which will be sent to you

bursary queries. Bursary applications need to be submitted each year, so existing bursary learners will need
to submit a new application to cover the 2025/2026 academic year.

Please be aware that by signing our terms and conditions, you agree to pay the full cost of the bus, even if
you withdraw or decide not to use the bus. A copy of the application form and terms and conditions can be
obtained from our iZone team.
