Dear Parent/ Carer
Our school Charity Reps are delighted to invite our students to a Charity Movie Night on Thursday 17th July, raising money for the Air Ambulance Charity for Kent, Surrey and Sussex. You can find out more about the charity and the life-saving work they do here:
https://aakss.org.uk/
The evening is open to Worthing High School students only. The movie we are showing is Wreck-it Ralph, rated PG by the BBFC (if you would like information about the rating, visit the BBFC website https://www.bbfc.co.uk/release/wreck-it-ralph-q29sbgvjdglvbjpwwc0znzy4nju). Doors will open at 4pm and the film should be finished by 6pm. The film will be shown in the Millennium Hall, and entry to the school will be through the Millennium Hall entrance only. Students attending do not need to be in uniform.
There is no charge to attend the movie night but we are asking for a suggested donation of £2 towards our chosen charity, which can be paid on Wisepay. There will be snacks and drinks for sale on the night, with profits also going to the air ambulance charity. If your child does not wish to attend, but you would like to donate, this can also be done on Wisepay.
If your child would like to attend, please complete the consent form by Tuesday 15th July and indicate whether you are happy for your child to make their own way home or whether they will be collected by an adult at 6pm.
Thank you for all your support for our charity reps and their fundraising efforts this academic year!
Your sincerely,
Mrs A Regan and Mr J Fenlon
