This trip is for Year 1 Sport Ext Dip Col ADFXT Set 1 (Y1) students.
This trip will serve as a practical exploration of centre of mass and levers on the impact of sports performance.
Biomechanics assignment 3 is around COM and levers, and this will provide a deep theoretical
understanding and give them the required knowledge and insight to achieve high grades.
Date - 3 July 2025
We will be leaving College at 12.45pm returning at 3pm.
Please make arrangements for travel to and from the college outside of the normal bus times.
Cost - £12 is due by 20 June 2025
