This trip is for Year 1 Geography Students
The University of Gloucestershire and their Professor Phillip Toms have offered students a great opportunity to visit the Geography department and learn how to use GIS software to enhance their coursework.
Taking part in this session will give students the opportunity to gain hands on experience in using the software in the same way as Geography undergraduates.
This will add value to their coursework and lead to enhanced coursework and higher grades in this part of the A Level.
We will travel to the University by minibus from college, spend two hours in the computer lab at the
University and return to the college by 1pm, to allow students to attend afternoon lectures.
3 July 2025
We will be leaving College at 9am returning at 1pm.
Please make travel arrangements to get to and from college outside regular bus times.
£1.50 is due by 20 June 2025
