Dear Parents
On Friday 23rd May our Summer Fair will begin at 1.30pm.
Prep Parents:
If you are attending the Fair, please collect your child from the Prep School Playground. We will then sign your child out and release them into your care. Please can we ask that children are only returned into the care of the school if they are attending an after-school club. In this instance, please can you make sure you return them to the Prep School Office, and that a member of staff is there to sign them back in.
If you are unable to attend your child will be taken around the Fair by a member of staff.
All Parents:
Payments for the Fair can be made by cash on the day, or you may purchase a pre-paid card via WisePay, payment for this should be made by end of the day Wednesday 21st May. Pre-paid cards can also be purchased on the day at the Refreshment Station.
Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance via WisePay (and we will enter these for you), or on the day. Raffle prizes will be numbered as they come in, so when tickets are drawn, each prize will be allocated in order.
Donations:

Bottles, Tins, Gift Sets Tin Biscuits etc.
Cakes and Biscuits please NO NUTS
Donations can be left in the clear plastic boxes at the Prep School entrance or handed in to the Prep School Office. Please can all donations for raffle/prizes be handed in by Wednesday 21st May and If it is a prize for the Adult raffle, please ensure it is clearly labelled with your name/company so that we can acknowledge your contribution.
