ABRSM Exams (with Accompanist) - Summer 2025

Nottingham High School acts as an exam centre for all pupils receiving individual music tuition in School.
Your son or daughter's individual music teacher will contact you if your child is ready to take an
examination.

If a pupil is taught outside of School, we may be able to act as the exam centre if there is still space on the
timetable once all other pupils being taught in school have been accounted for. For further guidance and
information, please email [email protected] at least 2 working days before the
exam entry deadline.

ABRSM Practical Exams (all instruments) will take place at Nottingham High School on 26th and 27th June
2025. Exams may be scheduled from 9am - 5.30pm on each day. There may only be one of these days
depending on the number of entries.

Please select the correct instrument, grade and teacher for your child. If your child is sitting more than one
exam in this session, you will need to complete one transaction per instrument.

The cost includes 30 minutes of practice time with an accompanist for Grade 5 and below and 40 minutes of
practice time for Grade 6 onwards, plus the accompanying in the exam on the day. The school will make
arrangements with the accompanist.

ABRSM has now introduced secure digital certificates for their exams worldwide with the option to order a
paper certificate for an additional charge of £3. Please select yes/no at the option below.

The deadline for entering for a practical exam is Monday 26th May 2025.
