Car Parking 2024/25 - Summer Term Pass Wait List

This is for a parking permit from 28th April 2025 to 4th July 2025 only.

Please purchase this £0 pass as a way of adding your name to the waiting list.
Please only do this if you are ready to park from April and are prepared to later pay the Summer Pass fee of £105.
We ask that you don't sign up here if you are still waiting to take your driving test or you don't yet have a car.

When you are offered a permit we will email you and a parent/carer and ask you to pay the fee on Wisepay within a week. If you are unable to do this, we will release the space to the next person on the waiting list

The following information will only be relevant once you have been offered a parking space from April onwards:

A number of passes will initially be issued based on the waiting list. In any event, irrespective of payment, there is no guarantee that there will be a space available for you when you enter the car park on any given day.
So please leave enough time to then drive off site, park and walk back to the College on time for the start of your lecture.

1. Reprographics will remotely activate the chip in your student ID card one working day after payment. You do not need to hand your ID card in to be activated. Your ID card is then used as your parking permit.

2. Drive up to the barrier when the yellow box is empty, hold your ID card up to the small black box and the barrier will rise automatically. There is no barrier on exit.

3. Please follow all signage and note: the first row of the car park is for Visitors and Pick Up/Drop Off only. Do not park in this area during the day. If you do, security will remove you from class and ask you to move your car off site.

4. You can also access the car parks in front of the Animal Centre by going through the car park barrier, driving around the main car park and exiting across to the Animal Centre. Do not drive up the main road to the Animal Centre.

5. If your current ID card indicates that it expired in July 2024, please ignore that. For all College purposes, it is still active and will remain so until you leave College. (If you need to use it to prove student status outside College, then you may ask Reprographics to issue a new card. There may be a delay in getting a new card printed at the start of term when Reprographics is extremely busy).
