WP24-25 144 BTEC Travel and Tourism Visit - OXFORD 04/12/2025 (FPRS)

A trip has been arranged for the Stafford Travel and Tourism students to visit OXFORD for the day to carry out research for The UK as a Tourist Destination based units.

Included in the price of the day are:
Transport via coach from Stafford College to Oxford city centre-return.
Tickets to see the 1430 matinee performance of 'Mama Mia' at the New Theatre, Oxford.
Time for observing tourism aspects and the appeal of the city.
Free time for retail therapy and sightseeing.

-We will leave Stafford College promptly at 0830.
-All students must meet at 0820 (in the reception area by the courts) to register.
-We aim to leave Oxford at 1715, arriving back in Stafford between 1900/1930-traffic permitting. Specific return times may be beyond our control but students will be updated en-route to Stafford and are encouraged to liaise with their lifts home.

We have secured a quote for the trip to include transport and theatre tickets of £35 per student. This price is subject to booking confirmation and numbers.

Lunch will not be included. Students are welcome to bring a packed lunch with them or purchase food, drinks and snacks in the city and pre attending the theatre.

Completed permission slips and payment of £35 to secure your place must be paid by Monday 28th April 2025.
Numbers are very limited and capped and places on the trip are on a strictly first come first served basis (BOTH the consent form and payment are needed to fully confirm a place).
All payments must be made on WISEPAY please.
