BTA Disney Business Marketing Conference 2025

As part of our L3 Business Programme, we would like to offer the opportunity for students to attend a Marketing Student Conference at Disneyland Paris Resort

The visit will take place from 4th to 7th February 2025 and includes:
Return coach and Channel crossing
Three nights accommodation and buffet breakfast at the Dream Castle Hotel
Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the Disneyland Park
2 day Pass into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios
Meal at Dream Castle (1st evening)
Excursion into Paris
Educational seminar/workshop

The visit supports the compulsory examined unit of Developing a Marketing Campaign that commences in Semester 2
Through the educational seminars we will gain a valuable insight into the day to day running of the Disneyland Parks, marketing, customer service and hear from Disney professionals about working for Disney.

The cost of the trip is £630 per student, although this may be subject to change depending on student numbers.

To secure a place on this visit, a non-refundable deposit of £200 must be paid via your WisePay account by Friday 14th November.
The final payment of £430 is required by 6th December.

We apologise for the short notice period for payment but we have only just confirmed sufficient numbers to run the trip and we will lose accommodation without paying the deposit to the Tour Operator on time.

ANY STUDENT CURRENTLY ON THE STUDENT SUPPORT PROCESS WHO FAIL TO MEET THEIR TARGETS, WILL LOSE THEIR PLACE AND RISK LOSING THEIR DEPOSIT
