BTA Disneyland Paris Conference 2025

As part of our Travel and Tourism Programme we would like to offer the opportunity for students to attend a Travel and Tourism Student Conference at Disneyland Paris Resort. 
 
The visit will take place from 28th to the 31st January 2025 and includes: 
Return coach and channel crossing 
Three nights accommodation and buffet breakfast at the Cheyenne Hotel
Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the Disneyland Park 
2 day Passes into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios 
Meal at Chuckwagon (1 evening) 
Excursion into Paris
Bateaux Parisiens Cruise on the River Seine
Educational seminar/workshop
 
During the trip students will have the opportunity to experience many aspects of the Travel and Tourism industry which will help considerably towards all aspects of their course.
The units this visit support include customer service, storytelling, destinations and visitor attractions as well as the products and services provided by transport and accommodation providers.
Through the educational seminars we will gain a valuable insight into the day to day running of the Disneyland Paris parks, marketing, customer service, future tourism trends and hear from Disney professionals about working for Disney.

The cost of the trip is £600 per student, although this may be subject to change depending on student numbers.   
 
To secure a place on this visit a non-refundable deposit of £300 must be paid via your Wisepay account by Friday 11th October, and the final two payments of £100 and £200 is required by 1st November. 
We apologise for the short notice for payment, but spaces have just opened up with our Tour Operator for this once-a-year event.
This residential is beneficial for all learners and therefore Bursary have offered to pay a contribution for anyone who is eligible for this, once initial deposits have been received.

ANY STUDENT ON THE STUDENT SUPPORT PROCESS WILL LOSE THEIR PLACE AND RISK LOSING THEIR DEPOSIT
