As part of our Level 3 Travel and Tourism Programme we would like to offer the opportunity for students to attend a day at The Eden Project in Cornwall.
The visit will take place from Wednesday 23rd October 2024 and includes:
Entrance to the Eden Project
Coach travel there and back
A bespoke talk and tour ' incorporating storytelling
During the trip students will have the opportunity to further their knowledge and work towards assessments for their course. This trip links to many of their units and coursework this year:
Year 1 ' Customer Service, Hospitality, Visitor Attractions, Destinations and Storytelling
Year 2 ' Storytelling, Tour guiding and Specialist Tourism as well as building on their year 1 knowledge.
The cost of the trip is £35 per student, although this may be subject to change depending on student numbers.
To secure a place on this visit a non-refundable payment of £35 must be paid via your Wisepay account by Friday 4th October.
This is an essential trip for learners and therefore covered by Bursary if your young person is eligible and this has been approved.
