Cancellation Policy:
To ensure a smooth process and avoid any charges, please note the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice (including sickness): If you need to cancel your booking, please
do so at least 48
hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate others.
No-shows without cancellation: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, you will still be
charged. We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you cannot make it.
