Please only complete the section below if you would like to serve notice on individual music
lessons.
The School requires six school weeks' notice (half a term) to end individual music lessons or to request a
change of teacher or to request a change of instrument, with that notice to be served on or before the first
day of the half-term in which the notice period is to start.
For lessons to end as of Friday 24th May, notice needs to be served by Monday 15th April.
Please note that the summer break does not count as half a term's notice; if you wish to serve notice for
September, the notice date for this is Monday 3rd June.
If you are serving notice after this date, the next available notice period takes you to Monday 4th
November, when lessons will cease. For lessons to end as of Friday 18th October, notice needs to be served
by Monday 2nd September.
