Dear Parents and Carers,

Christmas Jumper Day ' Friday 15th December

Last year through different fundraising events we raised £1,635.89 for our three chosen charities:
University Hospitals Dorset (local), Youth Cancer Trust (national) and WaterAid (international). The total
raised has been divided in three and donated in support of these charities. This year we are starting off
our fundraising with our Christmas Jumper day on the final day of term, Friday 15th December.

For those new to the school, we ask students for a voluntary donation of a minimum of £1 and they are
able to wear a Christmas Jumper in the place of their school blazer. Mindful of the rising cost of living, if
students do not have a Christmas jumper, they can wear a regular plain jumper with no logo, hoodies
will not be permitted. The money can be donated via WisePay and students do not need to bring money
into school.

All the money raised by this will be spread across three charities, one local, one national and one
international, and students will be voting for those charities when we return in the new year.
