As you may be aware, Children in Need this year is on Friday 17th November. Children in Need is a charity that provides grants and funding to projects based in the UK that have the aim of helping disadvantaged young people.
The Sixth Form College have planned a fundraising event to coincide with the national Children in Need day. Therefore, on Friday 17th November 2023, all Warlingham students are invited to take part in a ‘Funky Sock Day', students will be encouraged to support the charity by wearing, colourful crazy, funky socks. The aim is to raise as much money as possible for Children in Need.
To support the charity, we would welcome donations to be made through wisepay
Winter school uniform such as trousers, skirts, blazers, shirts and jumpers must still be worn.
The Sixth Form students will also be holding a Doughnut Sale at Break outside the Sixth Form Centre, please ask students to bring a £1 with them if they wish to purchase one.
