Life Education Visit ' Healthy Me Week
In the week after half term, the Life Education team will be visiting school as part of our Healthy Me week. The children love attending the sessions, and meeting the team (including Gerald the Giraffe!)
Each class is allocated a session appropriate to their age.
Life Education is a charity providing a unique life skills and health education programme to schools. The programme teaches children about the wonder of their bodies, the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise. In addition, children are encouraged to develop skills which enable them to assess and manage risk in order to keep themselves safe, learn skills of friendship and how to cope with bullying and peer pressure. They rely heavily on donations from each school they visit towards their annual running costs, therefore we are asking for a contribution of £3.50 per child to be paid via WisePay.
