Dear Parents and Carers
Thank you for completing the recent Annual Consent form for Local Trips and Visits. We are now writing regarding consent for sporting fixtures that take place out of our local area.
In order for your son or daughter to compete in any sporting matches or fixtures out of our local area, please complete the sporting fixtures consent form in the General Folder on Wisepay. The deadline for completing the sporting fixtures consent form is Monday 9 October 2023. Even if your son or daughter attends training, PE staff are unable to select them for matches unless your consent has been given using this method.
Dates, times and venues for each individual fixture will be sent via Class Charts in advance. If there are any changes that need to be made to your consent form, or you do not consent to a certain fixture, please contact the school.
If your son or daughter is selected for a fixture, the process below will need to be completed:
• Sporting fixture consent form completed on Wisepay.
• Before each fixture, a Class Charts announcement with the fixture information will be sent (venue, timings, equipment needed etc).
• The consent box must be ticked on the Class Chart announcement by the set deadline for each fixture. Without this, students will be unable to attend the fixture.
• If any medical or contact details change within the school year, it is your responsibility to contact the school.
