Physical Education Achievements Evening 2023

Dear Parent/Carer

PHYSICAL EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENTS EVENING

You are invited to attend, with your son/daughter Worthing High School's Physical Education Achievements Evening on Thursday 29th June 6.00 pm in the Sports Hall.

During the course of the evening awards and certificates will be presented to a number of students who have been recognised for their commitment and performance throughout the year.

Doors will open at 5:30pm so everyone can sign in and be seated in the Sports Hall. As this is a formal occasion, students should be dressed in smart but casual clothing (no jeans or tracksuits). Light refreshments will be available before the presentations in the Millennium Hall.

We are delighted this year to welcome Frederick Afrifa. Frederick is an International Sprinter and is a two time national gold medallist

Please indicate if you will be attending by returning the slip at the bottom of this letter no later than Monday 19th June or email the PE technician at [email protected]

We do hope that you will be able to join us in celebrating with your child an excellent sporting year. Tickets are limited to 3 per student and will be charged at £2 each as a contribution towards the running of the evening. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please note, once you have returned your reply slip your ticket(s) can be collected from the Finance Office after Monday 19th June either before registration 8.00am ' 8.40am or at break time.
