This week, we are approaching a difficult time for our school community as we acknowledge the one year anniversary of losing Jamie Daniel.
Jamie's death has been deeply felt by the students, staff and families in our community and we plan to honour his memory with a Mass for his year group and a collection for a charity that will be chosen by Jamie's closest friends.
All members of our school community have the opportunity to make a donation if they wish, details of how to do this are shown below.
The collection will remain open until Friday 26 May (the last day of this half-term).
The response of the school community immediately following Jamie's passing and then in the following months was overwhelming and a testament to the love, respect and generosity that links our students and their families together.
We will confirm the name of the charity to which the collection funds will be donated once finalised.
Eternal rest grant unto Jamie, O Lord
And let perpetual light shine upon him
