- If an iPad is stolen, it must be reported to the police immediately to obtain a crime reference number. This should be sent to [email protected].
- School property (including leased items) should never be left unattended in vehicles, hotel rooms, or public areas.
- All charges will be paid through WisePay. Parents will be notified in advance if charges apply.

Locker Key Replacement - Junior Form

		£ 5.00 -	Junior Form (Year 6) Locker Key

Accessories - Lower, Middle and Upper School

		£ 10.00 -	iPad Screen Protector For replacement if the school installed protector is removed by the student.
		£ 20.00 -	Official iPad Adapter and Cable Available as an option should you wish to purchase from the school. Please email [email protected] once you have made this purchase.

iPad Device - Lower, Middle and Upper School

Please note non-accidental damage will result in full replacement charge. Cost available on request as this varies by year group. For theft from person there will be no charge, so long as a crime reference number is provided.
	£ 20.00 -	Accidental Damage (cracked screen, split water etc) £20 per incident. Third and subsequent incidents will be reviewed internally and may result in a full replacement charge thereafter. Cost available on request.
	£ 100.00 -	Loss (inc. theft from vehicle/hotal/public area etc) Incidents of lost devices will result in a charge of £100 to partially cover the replacement.

iPad Case and Keyboard

Please note, the Logitech folio keyboard case is the only approved keyboard case due to its direct connector to the iPad. Warranty replacements for faults are free of charge.
	£ 20.00 -	Accidental damage £20 per first and second incident. Third and subsequent incidents will be reviewed internally and may result in a full replacement charge thereafter. Cost available on request.
	£ 100.00 -	Non Accidental Damage/Loss - Lower & Middle School Where the case has been scratched/drawn on/treated badly, ripped apart (the lower/middle school keyboard does not separate from the case).
	£ 170.00 -	Non Accidental Damage - Sixth Form The keyboard separates so could easily be lost and if three or more characters are damaged or missing - label it with a name sticker.
