Students wishing to enrol for the Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award must complete the D of E Participant Enrolment Form and make the £28.00 payment.
The form is available from Richard Bailey and the payment can be made here. Enrolment forms will only be processed on receipt of the £28.00 fee.
