STATIONERY SUPPLIES
The College accepts cashless payments at Reprographics where course booklets and a wide range of stationery supplies are available. The money is deducted from the balance on your student ID card when it is scanned at the till.
Your top up will be available on your card straight away or within the next 20 mins. Please note, when you top up, the new balance will NOT show on your Wisepay account until midnight that night. Be assured the money IS on your card and can be seen there if you take your card to be tapped on any till at College.
In the unusual event of your top up not being visible when you tap your card at a till, please go to the Student Journey Cashier.
This top up cannot be used in the Refectory/Spotlight/Catering.
Please go back to Food & Drink and select Cashless Catering Top Up to top up for food & drink.
PRINTING CREDIT
The College photocopying machines work on a separate system to that used by the Student ID card and Wisepay.
There are 2 ways that you can top up your printing credit:
1. The fastest and most effective way is to use the Autoloader, located behind main reception, opposite the cash machine. You must have your student ID card with you in order to use the Autoloader. Scan your card on the Autoloader, insert coins or notes to the value you need and your ID card is automatically topped up, ready to use on the photocopier.
2.This option should only be used if you find yourself at College with no money and your parent/carer is able to top up on Wisepay on your behalf: Pay an amount here on Shop Top Up. You will then need to go to Reprographics and ask for an amount to be transferred to your Printing Credit. You must have your ID card with you when you request the transfer at Repro.
To top up your ID card for food/drink in the Refectory, please don't top up here - go to Food & Drinks Payments and click on Cashless Catering.
