As part of the ongoing investigations into the payment issues that some parents are experiencing, it has come to our attention that some Visa Debit/Credit Cards are not currently held on the 3DS (Data Secure) database which is why the transactions are unable to be authorised.
If when attempting a payment in WisePay, you are directed back to the screen that asks you to select a payment card, even though you have already added your information, or, you do not see the button on the screen to enable you to approve the payment either by logging into your online banking or to receive a one-time passcode, it could be that your card details are not on the database.
In this instance, please contact the fraud department of your bank to ask them to check that your card is registered as 3D secured.
You may also wish to try using a different Card type if available.
