• Balcony seats are strictly reserved for staff and performers. Any balcony bookings will be cancelled.
• Tickets are limited to 4 per family across both evenings and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not exceed this limit.
• When booking, do not leave single seats; this helps ensure as many families as possible can sit together.
• When selecting ‘View Details', please be patient—the seating plan may take time to load. Do not refresh or reload the page.
• Your confirmation email is your ticket; please have it ready on your phone, should you be asked. A seating plan will be displayed in the foyer.
• Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled or rescheduled and tickets are not transferable between performances.
