MEGA-Sports with Coach RUTH Grades 1 - 3
Mega-Sports is a multi-sport program at St. John's that includes the ball games of soccer, basketball, and
indoor hockey as well as individual activities for kinder and school-aged children.
The play-based program is designed to improve fitness, skill and sports ethics throughout practice and game play.
This skill-based program is designed to promote physical literacy and build self-confidence, so every kid can be active in games and stay in the game.
Kids learn best when they're having fun, and kids have fun when they're at the top of their own game. That's why there will be a variety of sports in a mega way:
