Unfortunately, our IT department is currently investigating an issue affecting printer credit top-ups made via WisePay. Normally, any printer credit purchased through WisePay is transferred automatically to a student's account, but this process is not currently working as expected. As a result, the printer credit item has been temporarily removed from WisePay while the issue is resolved.
In the meantime, students can add printer credit directly at the Library, where payment can be made by cash or card and the credit is applied to their account immediately.
We hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Please note, the student card will be topped up automatically once payment has been made.
