Innovate Catering Services are providing the meal service at Barnfield Academy. You can top up your child's meal account quickly and easily here using your credit or debit card. The payment will automatically show on your child's meal account when they reach the tills in the school restaurant.

WisePay does not calculate any expenditure that your child may make in the school restaurant. Instead, this is calculated by the tills in the school restaurant which are provided by a third party (ie not by WisePay). However, WisePay does display the information provided to WisePay by the tills together with the purchases made. You can view this information in your Wise Account.

Any credit/debit card payments that you make are to Innovate Catering and not to the school. Therefore, your credit/debit card statements will show this information.

Innovate Catering Services will add a Service Charge of 75p for all cheques paid for school meals and 50p for transactions by credit or debit cards. Therefore, the 50p Service Charge for an online payment will automatically be added to your purchase which you will be able to see before you confirm your payment.
