Fully Managed Service

WisePay is a fully hosted managed service. There is no capital outlay for schools or authorities, no network, data management or additional infrastructure costs. Our service is maintained remotely, regular updates take place automatically with no IT intervention, allowing authorities to respond more quickly to the needs of your customers.

WisePay takes protecting data very seriously. Our company is registered under the Data Protection Act and the data centre that we use for our servers are ISO27001 accredited. This is the highest standard for international security.

Payment Security

We accept payment by all major debit and credit card providers.

Neither WisePay, the authority or your schools can see or have access to any parent card details. Card details are never stored by WisePay.

All pages viewed are encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All card payments are secure and adhere to the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).
